CUSTOM COMPUTERS: All custom computer returns have a 7 day window and are subject to a restocking fee (see below).  If any of the bundled software packages have been opened or installed, software product portion is NOT returnable and will be subtracted from return.

BRAND COMPUTERS: Brand-name computers (Acer, Compaq, HP, etc.) have a 7 day return allowance.  Computer must be in “Like New”, resalable condition with all original packaging, software (unopened!) and accessories.

PRINTERS: Unopened printers can be returned within 7 days.  Printer must be unopened, in “Like New”, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.  Once a printer has had ink or toner installed, it is NOT returnable.

SOFTWARE RETURNS*: 7 days, unopened software only.  Once seal has been opened, or the license has been activated, the software is not returnable.

STORE STOCK RETURNS: Clearance items that are kept in our Tech Shop have a 14 day return allowance.  Items must be in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories.

WEBSITE AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS*: Any item which must be ordered is subject to a restocking fee (see below).  Catalog orders have a 7 day return window.  Item must be in “Like New” resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

RESTOCKING FEE: A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to the return of ALL software, catalog orders, special order items and custom built systems.

CASH DISCOUNTS: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices include a 3% Cash Discount.  Cash discount pricing may not be valid for items purchased by credit card.  Please ask your sales rep.

RETURNED CHECKS: A $30 fee will be assessed on checks returned for any reason.

FINANCE CHARGES: Interest will accrue at the rate of 18% APR on accounts which are past due.

COLLECTION FEE: A $30 collection fee will be assessed for any account which requires collection processes.
