What is
Pickup/Delivery Service?
This is our
newest service option. Basically,
it's a cross between the convenience
of On-site Service and the economy of
In-shop Service.
How
does Pickup/Delivery Service work?
Sometimes
a system requires so much time to
service that On-site service might not
be cost-effective. In these cases,
we can Pickup, perform In-shop Service,
and then Deliver the system back to the
customer. The only additional cost
is an On-site Travel Charge, starting at
only $25, depending our your distance
from our Tech Shop.
Can
Tyber PC unplug everything then plug it
back in for me?
Sometimes
our customers don't want to deal with
all the cables and other hassles of
bringing their system in to our Tech
Shop, or even getting the system ready
for pickup. In this case, just add
$30 and we'll unplug everything, then
plug it all back in when we deliver it
to your home or office.

So
tell me again, how much does
Pickup/Delivery Service cost?
In
addition to the cost of the actual
In-shop Service, you pay an On-site
Travel Charge, starting at $25, based on
your distance from our Tech Shop.
And
optionally, for $30 extra, we can unplug
the system and plug all the cables back
in when we deliver it.
