How much
does On-site Service Cost?
We have low,
preset rates
on the most common services.

What
are some advantages of On-site Service?
You're
busy, you've got things to do.
When your computer needs service, it may
not be convenient or possible for you to
unplug everything and bring it to our
shop, not to mention the hassle of
getting it all plugged back in.
With
On-site Service, we bring the tech
shop to you. Our
preset rates are very
affordable. And we discuss all
charges with you prior to service.
So you'll never have a surprise bill.
How
long will I have to wait for On-site
Service?
We have
two "service queue's" to choose from.
Our most economical is the "First
Available" queue. Our fastest is
our "Priority" queue.
"First
Available"
On-site Service lead time is usually about
1 to 3 business days, but could be 4 to
5 business days after storms, during
holidays, or when a major virus outbreak
is affecting our area.
"Priority"
On-site
Service response time is typically less than
4 hours. There is a $95 surcharge
for Priority On-site Service requests.
(Gold Service
customers get automatic Priority status
at no extra charge.)
Another
fast, but more economical option, is our
In-shop
Priority Service.
Note: On-site Service is currently only
available on weekdays during business hours. Let us know if
you need weekend or evening service.
We have special access agreements
available.
When
would I NOT prefer On-site Service?
If your
system is likely to need major repairs,
or seems likely to have a virus, it is
often faster and more economical to use
our In-shop Service.
What
if I need service on a regular basis?
You
should consider our monthly
Gold Service
program.
