What is Gold Service?

Request Gold Service, and each month a Tyber Tech will service your PC's and servers.  We will clean the systems and verify things like:

• Backup Verification
• Antivirus and Spyware Protection
• Network and Server Security
• File and User Privacy
• Internet and Wireless Router Security
• Windows Patches and Security Updates
• Application and Hardware Upgrades
• System Optimization

I'm a Gold Service customer, do I get any discounts?

Gold Service customers get automatic Priority Status for onsite and carry-in services at no extra charge!  That puts you first in line when you need repairs. 

Gold Service customers also get special pricing on products every day, along with exclusive special purchase offers.

Are there any long term contracts?

No.  There are no long-term contracts or commitments.  We just put you in the service queue each month.  We call before each service, so you can have us bring things like toner or memory upgrades. 

If necessary, you can always ask us to skip a month.  And you may cancel your Gold Service at any time.
